Dr Elias SIM Ang Soon is the Founder of Hong Kong registered Asia Innomediation and Training Systems Holding Limited, and Malaysia Succeed Leader Sdn Bhd.

He’s also an established coach and a faculty member for Hong Kong BEST International Training Seminars Limited and Chief Consultant of Singapore BEST ITS Limited, as well as a consultant for many small and medium enterprises in Singapore, Malaysia and China.

He completed his PhD in Business Administration at the Golden State University.
