Dr Elias SIM Ang Soon is the Founder of Hong Kong registered Asia Innomediation and Training Systems Holding Limited, and Malaysia Succeed Leader Sdn Bhd. He’s also an established coach and a faculty member for Hong Kong BEST International Training Seminars Limited and Chief Consultant of Singapore BEST ITS Limited, as well as a consultant for many small and medium enterprises in Singapore, Malaysia and China.

He completed his PhD in Business Administration at the Golden State University. He’s also an American Target Training Institute Certified Professional Behavior Analyst. The originator of Life Quantum Leap™ Series of programs especially Life Quantum Leap™ Program for developing the Heartware for Corporate Leaders TM, he was a student success coach and counselor for Polytechnic students, to transform their learning attitudes, habits and behaviors and inspire them towards the path of success.

He was also a lecturer of the subsidiary college of an American Consulting Company, coaching corporate leaders how to inspire their managers and workers. Due to his extraordinary performance, 2000 the Consulting Company awarded Dr Sim the “World Rookie Licensee of The Year Award”, the “Singapore Rookie Licensee of The Year Award” and the “Builder’s Award”, being the first overseas Chinese licensee to be conferred these 3 awards.

His lectures are inspiring, interesting, humorous, in-depth and at the same time easy to understand. He is frequently invited to speak at and be interviewed by various media channels including Singapore MediaCorp Channel 8 ‘Good Morning Singapore’ program, and Radio Channels 95.8 and 100.3.

He also gives talks at various community centers. In particular, he has also done many training programs and workshops on Business Culture and Leadership Organizational Development at various parts of China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and in many Southeast Asian countries.
